Human resources support for organisations that need help keeping people processes in order after someone is hired. This is a commercial service. It is not covered by our CQC registration, which applies only to regulated personal care.
Typical work includes onboarding, DBS and right-to-work administration, personnel files and training records. We do not act as a law firm. For a dismissal, tribunal or contract dispute you should take independent legal advice.
