Domiciliary care is the range of services put in place to support people in their own homes. It is available to anyone who needs extra help with day-to-day household tasks, personal care, or other activities that help them keep their quality of life and independence.

Double Em Care Services provides ongoing support that is built around your needs and routines. Many families choose care at home because it puts them back in control of the support they receive.

Support can start from 30 minutes a week and scale up to several visits a day or overnight care. Everyday help can include:

• Personal and continence care
• Managing medication
• Help to mobilise in and around the home
• Household routines such as meal preparation
• Clinical care, including catheter and stoma management and PEG feeding
